Hubert de Bouard - Château Angelus
Hubert de Bouard stands in front of a concrete wine vat whose rondelle forms a halo around his head. Inspired by his Burgundian training, he changed the method of concrete vat to bottle, to add in the barrel stage at Angelus. He throws us an “Ace of Spades" to represent the terroir, the “A” for Angelus, and the connection with James Bond, who in Casino Royale orders a bottle of Angelus 1982.
